*Article IV section 2 of the by laws states: Directors shall be elected for two-year terms or until their successors are elected, and their term of office shall begin at the close of the annual meeting at which they are elected, such that three (3) of the Directors and four (4) of the Directors shall be elected in alternate years. Directors are limited to a maximum of three consecutive terms.
